Experience
Designed Firelight Studio, a fully-equipped cyclorama studio in New York City.
She strategized, founded and built-out a 2,000 sq ft custom studio space from the ground-up, offering day rentals to local productions. After sustaining profit growth over 3 years, she positioned company for sale, and was acquired in 2020. The studio continues to serve as a thriving hub for video productions in New York City.

Throughout her career, Stephanie obtained strong hand-on technical skills in both production and post-production. Her credits include directing, assistant directing, producing, cinematography, editing, sound design, and animation. Her experience on hundreds of sets and locations, combined with her technical expertise makes her a compassionate and effective leader of creative teams.
Stephanie holds a BA in Film & Media from the University of Rochester, and a Certificate in Business Management from NYC's Small Business Association. After building her technical skills with an editing and cinematography positions, she became a successful entrepreneur in her early 20's.
Built a bustling video agency that sustained over a million dollars in yearly revenue.
One Glass Video served consumer brands, commercial agencies, and publishers for over 10 years. She led a team to execute productions for some of the world's biggest brands including Gap, Inc, Citibank, WIRED, The New Yorker and more. In her day-to-day, she drove business strategy, managed projects, and monitored and optimized efficiency. After 10 years of steady growth sustaining over 1.2M in yearly revenue, she then led a transition of the business to a joint venture partner.
